We are welcoming you into the new year with events to help beat the January blues. Join us for wellbeing workshops for employees and managers and talks on stress and sleep with Rener, fitness classes with Frame, an online Terrarium workshop with Jar & Fern and Jessica Chivers, author of Mother’s Work, will be offering advice on returning to work after maternity leave.
